How to Read a Jackpot Meter
A useful jackpot meter gives context—not certainty. Read the game, source status, time window, and update time together before interpreting a value.
1. Select one game
Use a per-game view. Combining unrelated titles can hide which source and measurement window belong to a reading.
2. Check the source
Confirm that the feed is live and authorized. A missing or delayed source should display a pending state.
3. Read the timestamp
A value without a recent update time may be stale. Treat the timestamp as part of the reading.
4. Compare windows
Short windows can move quickly. Compare 10-minute information with 1-hour, 3-hour, or 6-hour context when available.
Fixed and progressive jackpots

Jackpot meter versus scatter meter
A jackpot meter describes jackpot information. A scatter meter relates to symbols or bonus-trigger information when that data exists. They answer different questions and should never be merged into one unexplained percentage.
What a high reading means
Its meaning is limited to the documented metric and source. It does not mean a game is “due,” that the next spin will win, or that a player should increase a wager.
